Executive Summary

This week, the 100th person joined Linx.

I keep thinking about what each of them actually did. At some point, every one of them sat across from us and made a decision that didn't fully make sense. They left a safe job, a known brand or an easier path to bet their career on a young company with a big idea.

One hundred people said yes. I don't want to let that moment pass as just a number.

The question we build around

At its core, Linx answers one question for the world's largest enterprises: who should be trusted with what?

Which employee should have access to which system. Which service account still needs the keys it was given three years ago. Which AI agent is allowed to act on someone's behalf, and who is accountable when it does.

It took me a while to notice that building a company comes down to the same question. Every hire is an act of trust. So is every customer who lets us govern access to their most sensitive systems, and every investor who backs a team before the market proves them right.

When I look at 100 Linxers, what I see is 100 acts of trust. That's the thing I'm most grateful for.

We wrote the culture before we wrote the code

In 2023, Niv and I started Linx. Before we hired anyone, the two of us sat down and wrote nine values.

It felt a bit strange to write a culture document for a company of two. But we'd all seen what happens when culture isn't designed on purpose. It gets designed for you, usually by accident, usually at the worst time.

Three of them say the most about who we've become.

Customer obsession. In 2024, a CISO we were still running a proof of value with messaged me in the middle of our company event. One of his employees had been breached, and he needed help. Within minutes, Niv and two teammates were on a call with him. Within a day, he had a report with exactly what to do, and he used it to contain the incident. He wasn't even a customer yet. He told us we'd just won a customer for life.

We care. When you grow from two people to a hundred, you don't just build a company together. You live life together. Over these years we've celebrated births and weddings, and we've stood by each other through times of loss. Whatever is happening in a Linxer's life, the company shows up. We set out to build a business. Along the way, we built a family.

Stay humble. Every customer conversation starts with listening. We never assume we know a CISO's environment better than they do, and we never treat a win as a reason to stop learning. The best idea at Linx can come from anyone, on any team, on their first day or their thousandth. The moment we think we've figured it all out is the moment we stop getting better.

Those values have been in every hiring decision since. What I didn't expect is how much the team would change them. Values on a page are a promise. One hundred people living them every day is what makes them true.

What I've learned between 2 and 100

The bar is set by the latest hire, not the first. Every person who joins either raises the standard or lowers it. Nobody stays neutral. Our team has a habit of hiring people who make them a little nervous, in the best way. That's why the 100th Linxer is as exceptional as the 10th.

Speed is a form of respect. Enterprises have spent years deploying identity platforms that never quite delivered. When a customer gives us a week to prove ourselves, that week matters to them. Going live in weeks instead of years isn't just a technical result. It's how we show customers we value their time.

Enterprise trust is earned every day. When a global enterprise runs identity governance on Linx, they expect the same standard they'd expect from any platform at the core of their security. We build, support and show up like it, because that trust is the reason we exist.

Why this moment matters

For most of the history of security, identities meant people. That's no longer true.

AI agents now work inside every enterprise. They read data, call APIs and take action on behalf of employees, often with access nobody reviewed and nobody owns. For the first time, the number of identities that can act inside a company is growing faster than any human team can govern.

That makes "who should be trusted with what?" one of the most important questions in security for the next decade. Legacy platforms were built for a world of people. We built Linx for the world that's arriving: humans, non-human identities and AI agents, governed together, natively.

The market is telling us we're right. Fortune 500 and global enterprises across pharma, real estate, retail and technology now trust Linx to govern every identity they have, from employees and contractors to service accounts, API keys and AI agents, all on one platform. Many of them are replacing legacy platforms they spent years deploying. We launched Linx Autopilot at RSA this year, and our momentum keeps building. We have the team, the product and the conviction to keep scaling at the pace this market demands.

But I'll be honest. The thing that gives me the most confidence isn't the market. It's the people.

To the 100

To every Linxer: thank you for saying yes. Thank you for the work no one sees, for the calls across every time zone, and for holding each other to a standard most companies only talk about.

To our customers: thank you for trusting Linx with one of the most critical systems you run, and for pushing us to raise the bar every day. We'll keep earning that trust.

To Cyberstarts, Insight Partners and Index Ventures: you backed two founders with a big conviction, and you've doubled down at every step since. Thank you for believing, as we do, that Linx will be the defining identity company of the AI era.
